| A much-decorated
veteran of the Kalamazoo theater wars, Scott Piebenga
has clawed his way to the top - and many local would-be
leading men have the scars on their backs to prove it.
Whether it's Shakespeare, David Mamet or "Oh! Calcutta!"
chances are Scott has starred in it. In fact, some nights
you will find him performing in two or three local productions
simultaneously. But this taxing schedule never wears down
Crawlspace Eviction's human dynamo, who often wraps up
a long night of emoting by performing acoustic sets with
his guitar and banjo at the Bitter End Coffeehouse in
Mendon or Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza Time Theater in Watervliet.
In the rare moments when he's not on stage, Scott enjoys
teaching origami classes and rounding up rodents to use
in his homemade cat food, Mouthful-O-Mouse. |
